Jess’s Page
Jess is our Pet Respect dog she is a five year old border collie.
She has been trained at advanced level for obedience and visits care homes and schools.
Jess has been trained by her owners Marina and Glen.
She loves agility and flyball. At present she is learning to do scent work.
Border collies are very active dogs and take a lot of looking after, they need a lot of exercise, grooming, entertaining and training.
A bored border collie will let its owners know it is unhappy.
Please do not buy a border collie unless you have the time to look after this breed of dog properly.
Our services with Jess are Pet Therapy, Animal assisted activities, dog phobia sessions
or fun sessions for Beaver, scout, brownie and guide groups.
We offer a three week Pet respect programme for primary schools
which links into citizenship/ community/anti-bulling issues and Responsible pet ownership
and a World War Two workshop which is about animals roles in the war.
This is an innovative workshop and includes hands on session with a private collection of war memorabilia.
